Local Logistics Company is seeking an Office Administrative Assistant for a front desk opening.

Office Administrative Assistant Hours Monday -Friday 630am-230pm

Office Administrative Assistant Job Duties :

• Process expenses, manage schedules

• Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes

• Order supplies and maintains company maintenance records

• Create, review, and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents

• Organize meetings, schedule meeting facilities, and take care of resulting follow-up activities

• Communicate well with leadership, team members, and other departments

• Commit to process excellence by ensuring proper, efficient, and accurate use of processes

Job Requirements

Office Administrative Assistant Requirements:

• Knowledge of multiple administrative disciplines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to support tasks of moderate complexity which require discretion and independent judgment

• Ability to plan effectively for systematic results and organize effectively to achieve greater results

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality when appropriate, produce accurate output, and meet deadlines
