Job Description

Our On-Site Coordinator will work at our client's facility to oversee the staffing operation as a liaison between our client and our employees as well as with the branch manager.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and has some team building experience, customer service, warehouse and management skills/experience.

Some of the responsibilities will include but of course not limited to:

*Flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities.

*Conducting Pre-hire orientation

*Conducting New hire training and orientation

*Oversee time-keeping system

*Customer service

*Employee mentoring

*Employee motivation and corrective action.

*Safety Meetings

*Checking new employees in at the beginning of each shift.

*Attendance, performance and production reporting.

*Interviewing, screening and hiring,

*Workers compensation reporting.

*Employee counseling.

*Other duties as required.
