Administrative Assistant needed in Florence, NJ on Temp to Perm basis

Act as conduit between departments:

  • Work with Sales to coordinate project start/end dates
  • Field questions from customers regarding ship and installation dates
  • Work with vendors regarding shipping, damaged goods, subcontractors (heavy equipment rentals, temporary workers, etc.)
  • Work with Shop to coordinate project progress
  • Work with Installers on job sites
  • Coordinate travel plans via Concur for Installers

Job Requirements

Related administrative experience. Any construction experience would be helpful.

40 hour work week.
