Get to Know Our Client:

Our Client is a rapidly growing, dynamic, goal-driven manufacturer of personal care, home care, over the counter, and fragrance products. Their customers range from some of the largest beauty and personal care companies to very promising startups. They are currently seeking a Production Line Lead.

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, directing, and effectively communicating the expectations of the production line to which you are assigned as lead while ensuring that expectations are being executed correctly.

  • Ensures all line personnel comply with required PPE;
  • Organizes and directs line set-up and changeovers;
  • Instructs line personnel on the correct method for replenishing components;
  • Understands and communicates the correct procedure for retrieving, counting, and refurbishing
  • components;
  • Understands and communicates the correct process for palletizing and locating finished product;
  • Demonstrates proficient knowledge in locating and interpreting product quality requirement
  • documents.
  • Accurately completes and submits all paperwork associated with a lead role;
  • Identifies opportunities to optimize workflow;
  • Attends and participates in weekly line lead meetings;
  • Ensures line clearances are properly executed and verified at the completion of the job;
  • Ensures start-up QC is called at the beginning of any new job/lot;
  • Capable of correctly setting up designated equipment in a timely manner as determined by
  • Management;
  • Maintains a neat, clean, safe, and orderly work area;
  • Follows Management directions;
  • Follows all Company safety rules/procedures, and abides by all Company policies; and
  • Other duties as may be occasionally assigned by the Management team

  • Minimum 1 Year of PRODUCTION LINE LEAD Experience
  • Must have Reliable Transportation to and From Work
  • Consistent employment history with a demonstration of increasing responsibilities;
  • Critical thinking skills;
  • Ability to work effectively with all personnel
  • Strong Leadership skills
