In this role, the Purchasing Associate will be supporting the Asset Manager by creating spreadsheets and shipping reports; communicating with the sales team. If you’re a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you!

Job Requirements

Your Day:

  • Process shipping reports 
  • Communicating and updating the sales team
  • Track purchase orders and expedite shipments 
  • Continuous improvement through training and process improvements
  • Preferred ERP experience and inventory management
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment

About You:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Solution-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • 2-4 years business experience
  • High School Diploma
