Job Description

Lyneer Staffing is seeking a Receptionist and a Customer Service Rep to join our team! You will be responsible for Greeting Visitors, helping customers by providing product and service information, and other clerical duties.

Monday -Friday 8-5pm or 9-6 contract to possible hire

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
order entry
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Answer phones
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook


​Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, Front desk, Order entry a plus
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
