Job Description

National Medical Warehouse for a National Lab Company is seeking a Office Admin or Warehouse Clerk with experience for a Contract to possible hire position.

Performs a variety of administrative duties for a designated department including clerical and customer service functions. Handles and assists with specific projects as assigned by manager.

Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Entering and processing orders
  • Data entry and printing reports
  • Answering phones
  • customer service
  • Counting and maintaining daily logs of production and inventory
  • Working with lab staff to ensure supplies levels are at adequate levels to support operations
  • May include other duties as assigned by department management
  • May Require walking and lifting (approx 5-40 lbs) involved
  • File and maintain records. (requisitions, Material Tracking Forms, Inventory logs, & Packing slips)

All Warehouse Personnel Requirements:

Inventory experience a plus

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge in computers is required.

You must be able to work under the pressure of deadlines

Candidates with inventory, clerical, admin, data entry experience a plus.
